Psychiatry Biobank of Xinxiang Medical University

 新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院精神疾病生物樣本庫(kù)是根據(jù)新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院“精神神經(jīng)優(yōu)勢(shì)特色學(xué)科群”建設(shè)規(guī)劃和學(xué)科建設(shè)目標(biāo)，于2015年籌備建設(shè)，2018年1月開始正式運(yùn)行。樣本庫(kù)位于新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院，目前總面積1500M2，投資3650萬(wàn)元，擁有9名碩士以上專職工作人員，43名臨床專員。功能單元包括辦公區(qū)、樣本處理區(qū)、超低溫存儲(chǔ)區(qū)、隨訪區(qū)、細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)室、分子實(shí)驗(yàn)室、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、信息化設(shè)備和軟件及資料檔案室等。超低溫存儲(chǔ)區(qū)目前擁有-80度超低溫冰箱32臺(tái)及液氮罐2套，具有完善臨床數(shù)據(jù)信息的精神疾病樣本2萬(wàn)余人份。

樣本庫(kù)致力于開拓創(chuàng)新，遵照國(guó)際生物與環(huán)境樣本庫(kù)協(xié)會(huì)ISBER及ISO17025標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建設(shè)國(guó)內(nèi)一流、與國(guó)際接軌的精神疾病樣本存儲(chǔ)和臨床轉(zhuǎn)化研究平臺(tái)，促進(jìn)我國(guó)精神衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展。

According to construction plan and goal of Mental Neurology Advantage Discipline Group of Xinxiang Medical University, Psychiatry Biobank of Xinxiang Medical University was primarily prepared in 2015 and officially put into operation in January 2018.  Our biobank is located in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, with a total area of 1,500 m2 and an initial investment of about ￥ 36.5 million.  We have 9 full-time staffs which all have master degree or Ph. D. degree as well as 43 clinical specialists.  In addition, the biobank has several functional units including staff office, sample processing room, cryogenic storage area, follow-up area, cell laboratory, molecular laboratory, monitoring system, archive information system.  Now we have 32 sets of ultra-low temperature freezers and 2 sets of liquid nitrogen tanks.  The Biobank recruited more than 20,000 people with mental disorders.

The Psychiatry Biobank meets the standards of ISBER and ISO17025.  It is a national and international health resource for mental disorders with the aim of building a sample storage and clinical transformation research platform for mental disorders which is first-class in China, adjacent to world-class, as well as improving the mental health of people in China.
